Job Description:
The Manufacturing Technician 1 performs a variety of tasks in support of probe card manufacturing operations. This entry-level role is critical to ensuring high-quality production and process optimization in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.
Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and maintain process optimization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes or developing new products.
Assist in training and coaching other technicians, fostering teamwork, leadership, and technical skill development.
